Stronger Every Day

When Sarah first started, she felt drained and frustrated with her health.

“I didn’t have stamina, and I just lacked energy and strength to truly enjoy my favorite past times,” she shared. “On top of that, I was constantly feeling sick and light-headed because I wasn’t managing nutrition well.”

Like so many people, she had tried making changes on her own — but staying consistent was overwhelming. That’s when she decided to work with a coach to get the structure and support she needed.

Building a Stronger Foundation

With guidance from one of our wellness coaches she started making small steps outside the gym to help her start thriving. She began focusing on fueling her body properly with enough calories and protein to support energy and increasing muscle mass. She also started prioritizing better sleep habits to help her body recover. 

These weren’t overnight fixes, but sustainable steps that set her up for long-term success.

Inside the gym she started with coming in for workouts two days a week and slowly working up to 4 days a week. She focused her efforts on consistency over everything else; she just keeps showing up. 

The Results of Consistency

“What surprised me the most was probably seeing how being consistent gradually made more and more improvements in my life,” she said. “From sleeping better, to gaining muscle mass, to just feeling healthier.” 

Sarah has increased her muscle mass by  4.3 pounds and can do several unassisted pull ups with ease!
