We can all agree 2020 has been pretty scary. From COVID to shut downs, e-learning, wildfires, and even hurricanes… the uncertainty of tomorrow can be unnerving. Today, we are going to talk about something even more terrifying.
Scarier than a full moon falling on Halloween (as if our kids aren’t weird enough at this point).
Scarier than stumbling upon a snake (aka a nope rope) on a trail run.
Scarier than getting caught wearing white after labor day.
Scarier than Starbucks running out of espresso.
I’m talking about going into the Holiday season without a plan!
Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years….oh it’s the most wonderful time of the year! Family time, parties, gatherings all centered around socializing, food and booze. Don’t get me wrong, this sounds like a good time to me, but it’s only fun and games until January when those jean buttons are begging for you to switch to sweatpants.
Holiday season can quickly become Spooky Season. It’s a slippery slope to the Holiday 15lbs (and some of us are still battling the COVID-19lbs). Haunted houses are dark and scary, the holidays don’t have to be! MAKE A PLAN!
